Due to the pool party that was held on the 4th of July, the HOA has received several questions and concerns regarding if the HOA takes reservations for pool parties, and the answer is NO.

Please be advised that the HOA does not approve parties at this time. The Board of Directors has only approved two (2) guests per household.

It is imperative that residents follow the pool rules that have been approved by the Board of Directors. Any violation of these rules should be reported to the community manager and the onsite pool monitoring company giving complete details of the incident.

Management and the Board will investigate each incident and take such corrective action as they deem necessary.

The penalty for violation of the rules listed will be determined by appropriate staff and/or Board Members.

Rules are subject to change during the pool season to maintain a safe environment. Please not any changes will be posted to the community website and at the pool.
